Top Dance Games on Android in South Africa: Q1 2025

In the first quarter of 2025, dance games on the Android platform in South Africa showcased varied performances. The data gathered by Sensor Tower highlights trends in weekly downloads, revenue, and active users for the top five games.

Just Dance Now from Ubisoft Entertainment saw a fluctuating revenue pattern, beginning with $58 in early January and dropping to $6 by mid-March, before recovering slightly to $12 by the end of the quarter. Weekly downloads peaked at 533 in mid-March, with active users increasing from 726 to 750 by the end of March.

For Dance Clash: Ballet vs Hip Hop, the weekly revenue saw sporadic peaks, reaching $10 in mid-February and March. However, the game's active users steadily declined from 68 at the start of the quarter to 40 by its end.

Ice Skating Ballerina Life experienced a modest revenue increase to $9 in late February and March. Downloads showed a slight uptick in mid-March, reaching 138, while active users rose from 394 to 344 over the quarter.

Acrobat Star Show - Girl Power had a small revenue increase in March, peaking at $10. Active users, however, showed a gradual decline from 247 to 161 throughout the quarter.

Lastly, Dance On - Hotsteps Mobile maintained minimal download numbers, with a slight peak at 20 in mid-February, but did not generate any revenue.
